It is with great satisfaction that I present to Brazil the survey “Social Media in Business”, led by me and conducted by Deloitte and our team of consultants. During the months of February and March 2010, a little more than 300 companies answered the questionnaire and visited 10 companies to map their practices in social media. They were: Accor Hospitality, Blue, Boehriger Ingelheim, Bradesco, Editora Globo, IBM, Natura, Nokia, Roche and Tecnisa.
It is the first time in Brazil that we will have access to a complete picture of how Brazilian companies are behaving in this context of relationship with the new “social” customer.
